Injection moulded ABS plastic rod holder with two stainless steel side mounting straps.  These straps are not fixed and can be mounted at any convenient spacing on the tube. Mounts on any robust surface, cabin sides etc. 
Complete with black rubber collar for rod protection. Stainless pin at base of rod holder to prevent rod falling through.
